<details><summary>Is Equilo a medical device?</summary><p>No. Equilo is a diary. The app doesn't diagnose, doesn't predict attacks and doesn't recommend any treatment. It helps you keep a record of how things develop and talk about it with your doctor.</p></details>
<details><summary>Do I need an Apple Watch?</summary><p>No. The Watch is handy because you can start an attack there with one tap and then add the type, intensity and, if you like, your symptoms. But everything also works with just your iPhone.</p></details>
<details><summary>What does Equilo remind me about?</summary><p>Only what you set up: your medication (with “Taken” right in the notification), your daily entry, an attack that has been open for hours, and in good time before a pack runs out. At night Equilo stays quiet, and you set the quiet hours yourself.</p></details>
<details><summary>Is Equilo available for Android?</summary><p>No, not at the moment. Equilo is built for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch because it uses features like Live Activities, the Watch and the Health app.</p></details>
<details><summary>Do I need to sign up?</summary><p>No. There's no account. Your data stays on your device and, if you want, in your private iCloud.</p></details>
<details><summary>What does Equilo cost?</summary><p>The download is free, including the doctor report, hearing history and Acute help. In Germany, Plus costs 2,99 € a month, 19,99 € a year with a free month, or 39,99 € once. Thanks to Family Sharing, the one-time purchase also covers your family.</p></details>
<details><summary>Which countries is Equilo available in?</summary><p>Equilo starts in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Luxembourg; English, Danish and Dutch follow with the next version. The app speaks English, German, Danish and Dutch.</p></details>
<details><summary>Who's behind it?</summary><p>Till Heidrich from Tostedt in Lower Saxony, Germany. Equilo was made for his mother and is tested with her. The app is offered and looked after by <a href="https://heidrich-digital.de">Heidrich Digital</a>. Questions, feedback or collaborations with clinics and support groups are welcome at <a href="mailto:equilo@tillheidrich.de">equilo@tillheidrich.de</a>.</p></details>
